We can offer the best promotions and slash prices to bring in as many new customers, but unless we can get some of those customers to come back, we know we would lose our number one place with customer “service”
Good customer service is all about bringing our customers back. And about sending them away happy – happy enough to pass positive feedback about our business along to others, and in turn they become our new repeat customers.
The essence of good customer service is forming a relationship with our customers – a relationship that, that individual customer feels that she would like to pursue. After all you are customers that have not become frends yet!!
How do we go about forming such a relationship? By remembering the one true secret of good customer service and acting accordingly; “We understand that Baby on a Budget will be judged by what we do, not what we say.”
There’s no real secret to getting our customers to keep on coming back. All we need to do is provide customer service that exceeds our customers' expectations and outshines our competitors' customer service.
