Baby On A Budget  Returns/Refunds Policy

  Baby On A Budget will accept product returns where:

·         The product is faulty or the product is not fit for the purpose goods of that kind are commonly bought
·         The product does not match the sample or description.
With your receipt:
We will offer you an exchange voucher, store credit or when manufacturers permit, a full refund. At the stores discretion.
Without your receipt:
Baby On A Budget  - We will offer you a store credit  for the current selling price of the BOAB branded goods.
All other branded products – Baby On A Budget  reserves the right not to offer an exchange or refund for non- BOAB brand products.
Baby On A Budget  reserves the right to:
Assess the condition and age of returned goods prior to offering a repair, exchange or refund. This may result in a repair, exchange or refund being refused.

  • Refunds will not be issued for any lost or stolen gift vouchers or Store Credit vouchers
  • Refunds will be issued using your original payment method
  • Refunds will not be provided for the purchase of gift cards. Gift cards/credit vouchers  are not redeemable for cash.
  • Please return any accessories and manuals supplied with product

Operating Difficulties

If you are experiencing operating difficulties with Prams, Monitors,Toys or other similar products we recommend you first contact the manufacturer's customer hotline before returning the product. (See dropdown list from services menu )

Many operating difficulties can be quickly solved with the right advice.

The manufacturer's customer hotline number should be included with the information supplied with your product.

 

Change of mind returns

If you wish to return an item because you have changed your mind about your purchase, Baby On A Budget will offer you an exchange voucher provided that:

  • You return the item within 7 days of purchase;
  • You produce your original Baby On A Budget register receipt at the time you return the item ( bank statement not acceptable)
  • The item is in resaleable condition including that:
    • It is in its original packaging, including instruction manuals and all accessories;
    • It is unworn, unopened, unused and in its original condition;
    • Any sew-in labels are still attached;

If these requirements are not satisfied Baby On A Budget reserves the right not to offer an exchange voucher for change of mind returns.
